Before you create a complaint case

Rattling sounds are ALWAYS due to one or more of the scooter elements not being tightened!

Not covered by your right of complaint!

Does your scooter rattle either when you ride on it or when you let it dump down on the wheels? This is perfectly normal and such are many scooters on reception. It is easy to fix !!

1) Tighten the wheels as much as possible while still rolling freely. Remember both front and rear wheels.	2) Tighten the compression system! READ MORE ABOUT HOW TO DO IT HERE

3) Under the grip tape are 2 screws that tighten the brake!	4) Follow these points and your scooter will not rattle anymore!
